When you’re too figgin tired, pissed off, or whatever, to teach — don’t walk into the studio right away.

Even if it will make you a minute late.
Even if it will frustrate your students.

Take it from someone who’s made that mistake too many times. You sound different. You come off cold, or angry, or confusing.

Your teaching mistakes abound. Save face and step away for a minute and breathe. When you feel refreshed, walk in — you’ll teach better and students won’t mind that you were a minute late.

Now go and soar!!!
